I have Windows Xp pro my system had a problem and Dell software support helped me to reapir the operating system since then Windows Installer keeps trying to load documentviewer. On reading through the forum I see one suggestion is to try system restore. I cannot do this as the restore point is when the os was repaired and so the fault is already there, any suggestions as the problem is impacting on my printer HP officejet pro This thread is locked.

I will try it If I solve it I will post. Thank You Godezz That was very easy and it solved my problem. I installed windows install clean up, I found photo gallery in the list and deleted it.
