Our Horizons Health and Wilmington Health Access for Teens programs provide easy access to comprehensive primary care, mental health, and wellness services. A continuum of services is provided to justice involved individuals in 53 counties of North Carolina, along with live and virtual statewide training for staff providing related services.

Fees are affordably based on a sliding scale. Medicaid is accepted. Monday thru Friday dispensing hours are - am. Priority dosing on those days is during the first hour of dispensing - from am Mon-Fri, including holidays.

Saturday and Sunday dispensing hours are from am with NO priority dosing on those days. Coastal Horizons offers an enhanced treatment service called IOP.
